Think twice before using this location. It is a satellite location for the State College location. Which means two things, If State College doesn't have any cars available then neither will this one. Second, this location only has a rep at the kiosk only if someone has a reservation. The hours are NOT 8-5, they are "by appointment only". Because of this, and it was all unknown to me, the reservation I had was taken from me and given to someone else. This left me with no car and had me scrambling for one which made me miss a scheduled appointment. I was already not wanting to rent from this company, now I never will again! Again, the hours are NOT 8-5, is by appointment only!!!!

I reserved a car online for 2 days, 2 days before the reservation i received a call saying there were no cars available. I had to reschedule my entire trip because of this. If there aren't any cars, customers should not be allowed to reserve them online. Thoroughly disappointed with this. Might think twice before using enterprise from this location.
