I cannot give this shop enough praise! I worked with both Kristen and Tracina, they were both so helpful, kind and considerate. They gave their honest opinions about the gowns I tried on, and it was really helpful in letting me make the right decision.I changed my mind about 3 or 4 times and they were so accommodating with everything. I went dress shopping at big name stores in NYC, as well as local competitors, and I would pick Formalities in a heartbeat. The Allure gowns they carry are exquisite!
I had a really good experience at Formalities. I worked with Kristen, who is very knowledgeable about what looks good on a bride. She was also very personable and friendly. Unfortunately, I did not find my dress here. They have very beautiful and detailed gowns, but I was looking for something more fun and casual. She took my information and said she would contact me once they get more dresses in. I appreciated that she was still willing to keep my business even though I didn't find anything. I will definitely check back with Formalities in the future.
We ordered brides gown and three bridesmaid dresses with accessories and never received them. She never refunded our money nor did we see any of the gowns. Buyer beware she is a con artist. She told us that she was going in the bankruptcy and yet she is still in business.
Great place love the staff the owner was really nice and done everything she could to make my son's ball night the best it could be. She is also the only one to offer any kind of camo and that is what my country boy wanted. Thank you all for such caring service.
