Called the police, unfortunately the officer was a friend of heather the manager and didn't give me a report number! I thought that's how they do it cause I never had to contact the police before!

I coached swimming here for 3 years in the mid 80s. It has a small indoor pool, but the families were incredible. So much swimming talent a strong, supportive families. I stopped by recently with my daughter and the counter staff was friendly.
The second time was few weeks later i was all alone going crazy didn't know what to do. They told me I shouldn't bring my daughter back to their daycare!! Didn't even pay me back the money I paid for the month!
I was new to the area and to the whole situation and now it's been two years and I learned I could have closed the whole thing down and reported that officer!! if I knew how crooked they were and how they used the fact that I was a foreign young single mother!
The first time, I went to pick up my daughter and I see her face blue and red with fingers marks across her little face.? They told me it was another kiss d who did it and it happens that kids get hurt!! The marks were clearly a size of an adult hands not a kid! And it was blue which could never be a kid slap!!
I recently joined the YMCA in Bellefonte. I was given a tour of the facilities and I was satisfied especially with the friendliness of the tour guide. Since I’m an employee at Penn State, the starter fee was waived which would have been $50. The monthly rate for the YMCA at Bellefonte is $37. However, I get access to the State College and Philipsburg YMCA’s. They said they might also be adding Clearfield to the list. I travel a lot from Bellefonte to State College to Philipsburg to Clearfield and back so having access to all these buildings, except for the Clearfield YMCA, is excellent. I usually go to the Bellefonte Y in the morning from 6-7 AM almost every day. In the day or evenings, 9 AM – 5PM, the parking meters are active which can be a problem for people. I know Bellefonte is scrunched and there’s not a lot of parking but I don’t have to put up with that in the early morning. From 6-7 AM, I not only get fast access (not busy) to the exercise equipment in the YMCA Annex (across from main YMCA building) but I get to play basketball and shoot around until 7 AM. That’s a big deal for me because I love basketball and there’s nothing better than working on my game first thing in the morning especially when no one else is in the gym. The basketball court itself is made of plastic block flooring which is not good with ball bouncing but I’m okay with it since I used to play on that type of flooring back in middle school #goodmemories. The staff is friendly, helpful, and has a good sense of humor. It’s a family environment so the types of people coming in and out are nice. Overall, I have been pleased and I should have joined the Centre County YMCA a long time ago. It’s a lot of bang for your buck unlike other gyms in Bellefonte.
