The person who processed my application first (the triage person) was very rude. She seems to be easily irritated by people who may not produce the right documents in the right order and she expresses her frustration in your face in multiple ways, which she does not need to at all. While waiting for the next step I sat nearby so I can hear how she treats others; she was far far more forgiving (for failing to read the instructions) with someone who looked like her (skin-wise, not gender-wise) and spoke like her. Ironically she was "training" someone that day -- to be equally rude I suppose. I feel a general air of immunity in this place. Someone who looked like an international graduate student was yelled "Did you just wake up!" for failing to report on time when his number was called. I wonder about the psychology behind this... I also wonder what one could do to help them clean up their act and improve service -- for all. I've seen many similar complaints here; does anyone have a suggestion for where to register official complaints? I bet they could not care less about these comments on Google.
If it is true what the say about one of their driving instructors being racist, then I think he needs to lose his job. As for one of the women that manages one of the desks, she was one of the rudest women I have met in customer service. They must really hate their job and other businesses should be happy they don’t have someone like that working for them. The test was completely bogus and many people I know failed for the littlest mistakes. Don’t waste your time and money
Morons are closed Sunday and Monday. But open Tuesday thru Saturday for the DMV portion. But the damn photo center is open on Mondays. Update your hours on your website idiots. Some people have better things to do than play your silly human games like musical days open.
Frustrating.... I waited in line for 1.5 hours to even be talked to and then had to wait in line for another set of lines due to me having a question(I left and went to another DMV). The one lady was VERY rude to other customers. Every seat was taken and only 1 photo booth was working. They need to start preparing for Saturday traffic because there is no reason why there is only 3 operating lines at a time. Only giving this place 2 stars because the lady I had was very nice and cooperative. Truly a waste of your time.
Went to get a replacement license. Got in and out in under twenty minutes. If you have all your documents in order then things go very quickly. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Best DMV I've ever gone to.
