The range of beers is good, chances are there's something for everyone. Every once in a while they have a limited release like a barrel aged stout. Some of them are truly delicious, but watch the alcohol content as the odd one pushes over 10%.
Overall this is a place I like to visit. I say "overall" because on my most recent visit the service was truly tragic, but it was the exception rather than the norm.
In reading other reviews, it seems consistent with my opinion that the food quality here is questionable, either the food comes out poor or the service screws up the order. I ordered grilled shrimp tacos, they came out as fried shrimp tacos, I was starving so I just shut up and ate them. To the bartenders credit she realized the error without me saying anything and gave me them on the house, which I appreciated despite the tacos being ok at best.
It's a shame that so many dishes come with chips rather than fries - it's not like throwing a chopped up potato in the fryer would add much to the cost price, and having to pay extra to have fries with a burger just feels like the venue is cheaping out on me while still expecting me to pay full price. Personally I'd rather see fries included in the price with an option to upgrade to spicy fries or sweet potato fries or whatever, if you want to pay an extra buck or two.
The food here is largely standard bar food - a wide range of sandwiches, burgers, pizzas etc. There are a few other things on the parts of the menu that I've never explored - I like their burgers and pizzas.
Great beers, and solid if conservative food. Very reliable place to watch the game -- has a dozen or more screens and carries all major sporting events. Nice patio, too. One star off because hours can vary a little without notice in the evenings, if there aren't a lot of customers.
I’ve been coming to this establishment for years and have always had great service until recently. My food is almost always wrong, or messed up. So I decided to go there today for my birthday and of course I had the worse service. The bathroom was trashed with toilet paper everywhere and mirrors filthy. Our waitress took our order and didn’t come back for an hour. She messed up my moms order, and mine. When our food came out it was cold. I tried getting her attention multiple times and she just walked right past. This is ridiculous. You’ll be lucky if I ever step foot in this restaurant again
I give three stars because they did take care of me, and I thought their beers were very good (and well priced despite other reviews). A local business doing their best, so stop by if you're in the area.
Very cool little brewery. Prices were reasonable. Nightly specials. Outdoor seating available.
