We purchased two mattresses from Capperella. Our salesman Matthew was very helpful but wasn't pushy. When we had them delivered, the delivery people were professional, on-time, and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
Our experience with Capperella Furniture was great. We bought several pieces of furniture from them, and everybody from the sales person to the delivery guys were friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
The customer service of the sales staff is excellent. They have a lovely selection at the Bellefonte store and were quite willing to work to customize a side chair for us. Unfortunately, the two pieces we bought from them in the past several years have not been as comfortable as their showroom models. Even after having their repair person come to add extra stuffing to our couch, it's not nearly as comfortable as the store model. I'm pretty disappointed by this.
Was in the showroom for at least 10 minutes and nobody greeted us. I heard them back in the office. I guess I'm old-fashioned.
