Always have great service here. The everyday prices usually beat the sale prices at Wolfs. Their delivery staff are always ontime and very efficient.
I would give this company 0 stars if I could. What a nightmare. We bought from them because they were willing to price match an advertised price from a competitor, and we wanted to buy from a local business rather than a big box company. We purchased two couches and selected a pick up date in July since we were renting a truck to move. We were able to get one, but it had a hole in the corner of the upholstery. We were told the other fabric of the other couch was on back order, and we'd get it in two weeks. We called again and were told that was not true, the truth was that they didn't have enough orders to fill their delivery truck from the manufacturer's main location, so they postponed the shipping until they did have enough orders. We waited over 4 months to get our second couch. When we had it installed, the delivery men broke the legs off. They scheduled a time to come fix it two months later, and when they did, they actually knocked a piece of the couch inside the frame. To make matters worse, both times they came they set the couch down and pretended it was fixed and ran out the door. Trying to get any type of refund was such a hassle. It took several calls back and forth with one of the managers, Brad, who was so rude and just tried intimidation tactics to resolve the issue. He told me they had to order a new part and would come and fix it, well it's 10 months later and I am still sitting on a broken couch. He offered a small credit to the store, but I would NEVER purchase anything from there again. All this company does reliably is lie. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
We were looking for affordable furniture in the State College area and couldn't find anywhere that wasn't super expensive. Your Furniture 4 Less has incredible prices (much lower than any of the other stores we went to) and great quality furniture. The customer service was great, and we will definitely be back!
