Nevin came and deep cleaned my 5 year old sectional sofa. We have a toddler, 3 dogs, and 3 cats, and the sofa had never been cleaned, so it was significantly dirty. Nevin was very informative, personable, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job of cleaning the entire sofa; it almost looked new! He thoroughly explained the cleaning solutions that he used (kid/pet friendly), he put down mats on my floor (so his shoes/equipment wouldn’t dirty my carpets), wore shoe covers, and was extremely pleasant and respectful of my household. The price was also VERY reasonable. I will definitely be hiring Red Hot Cleaning again for both my sofa, and the spring cleaning of all my carpets. Thank you!
Nevin was amazing! Very knowledgeable and throughout! I moved into a new house and was suffering from some respiratory issues that my contractor advised was because of the carpets, he told me to have them cleaned. I put in an order at Red Hot and I am so glad that I did! The effects were immediate, I am no longer having the congestion I once was. He explained and used all food grade products that I could feel good about letting my son play on. It was a great experience and I would HIGHLY recommend his services!
